We collect personal data from our users from the moment they start interacting with Apricot Studios. Sometimes the personal data we collect is provided by the user, and other times we collect it automatically.

The user provides us with data when they: register or update an account, use our paid services, play one of our games, participate in tournaments, apply for a job, choose to receive marketing messages, subscribe to our mailing list, call us by phone, send us an email, live chat with us, make a purchase, enter contests or surveys, complete a questionnaire, perform a search or post content on our website, interact with other users of our online services, register to attend our events, 'follow', 'like', post, or interact with our social media accounts, or apply to be an "influencer".

  • Information Identifying the User: IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, geolocation information, operating system and version, cookies, Google AdID, Apple IDFA ID, and other unique device identifiers.
  • Website Usage Information: Information about your URL, products/services you view or purchase, response times, download errors, time and actions on our pages.
  • Employment Information (only when applying): Employment history, references, academic history, pre-employment investigation results, experience, achievements, skills, and interview/test results.
  • Recorded Event Information: User photos and videos.
2.3. Special Categories of Data and Minors

Sensitive Information: We do not actively collect any "special category of information" from the user (racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, etc.). You must not send or post confidential information on any of our services.

Minors: The user must be at least 13 years old to use any of our services or games. Our games are not directed to minors under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 13.

6. Apricot Studios' Role as Data Processor

When we develop products for the Client (such as Casinuu, Relax Panama, or Wallet App), the data of the **end users** of these platforms are the responsibility of the Client.

  • In these cases, The Agency acts as the **Data Processor** (or Processor), and not as the Controller.
  • The Agency will only process the personal data of end users as stipulated in the **Data Processing Agreement** signed with the Client.
  • The Agency will implement the appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect this data, but the primary legal responsibility for collection and consent rests with the Client.
